RPISTKD0 - Delimit Base Rate for Private Health Insurance and Care Insurance

Purpose

Report RPISTKD0 creates a batch input session that delimits the infotype records of the SI Additional Ins. D infotype (IT0079) using subtypes 1 (Health Insurance) and 4 (Care Insurance) and deletes the Basic Rate SI field.

Data for Batch Input Session group box:

Create Batch Input Session
If you select this checkbox, a batch input session is created for the infotype records selected. When you process this session, the records are delimited and the Basic Rate SI field is set to zero in the new record.

• Name of Batch Input Session
  The session is created with the name entered in this field. Default settings from the BIMAP feature (Generate Prefix for Batch Input Sessions) are taken into account.

• Delimit From
  The selected infotype records are delimited as of this date (this date is used as the start date). Only those infotype records are selected that have a start date before and an end date on or after this date. If the start date of the infotype record is the same as this date, the record is not selected.

• Batch input session locked until
  The session cannot be processed until after this date.

Log group box:

• Display Errors Only
  If you select this checkbox, only error messages are displayed; the success and warning messages are hidden.

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates a batch input session. To delimit IT0079, this session has to be processed.

• Error messages:
  A personnel number is rejected if it has no infotype records to be delimited or the records cannot be written to the BI session.

• Warning messages:
  If any records exist after the key date, these are not delimited and a warning message is output.

• Information messages:
  The number of records written and the personnel numbers processed successfully are output in a general information message.
