RPISTVD0 - Batch Input for Pension Payment Recipients

Purpose

Batch input to preassign the new fields in infotype 0012 (Tax Data) for pension payment recipients.

Features

This report determines the taxable pension payments from the year 2004 for each personnel number and records these values as default values in the corresponding fields in the "Pension Payment Basis" section of infotype 0012.

To do so, the payroll results from period 12/2004 are evaluated:

• The total of wage type /118 from table RT is recorded in the "Regular Pension Payment" field (P0012-VBEZL)

• Wage type /120 from table SCRT is recorded in the "Expected Special Payments" field (P0012-VBEZS - optional)

• The "Start Date" field (P0012-BEGVB) is set to the default date 01/01/2005.

Prerequisites

Report RPIJSTD0 (batch input to create new tax rates at the start of the year) must have run previously and you must have processed the batch input session. Otherwise, error messages can be triggered when you process the batch input session if infotype 0012 records without municipality numbers are copied.

Only those personnel numbers that have an infotype 0012 record on the key date 01/01/2005 and for which wage type /118 or /120 exist in the payroll results from 12/2004 are selected.

You can enter further constraints on the selection screen. The selection conditions are checked for the key date 01/01/2005.

If this parameter is blank, only the "Regular Pension Payment" field in infotype 0012 is filled.
If this parameter is set, the "Expected Special Payments" field is also filled.
