RPISVED0 - Batch Input Convert HI Indicator "Increased Contribution" as of 2009

Purpose
You use this report to create a batch input session that delimits the Social Insurance (0013) infotype or changes the Default Disruptive Event IT Deficit (0123) infotype and enters the changed HI indicator.
Features
According to the result of the meeting of the umbrella associations on March 4-5, 2008 under agenda item number 5, Effects on the DEUEV Notification Procedure of Abolishing the Statutory Regulations Governing the Application of an Increased Contribution Rate in Health Insurance as of January 1, 2009, and the result of the meeting of the umbrella associations on June 12, 2008 under agenda item number 3, New Regulation in the Law Strengthening Competition in Statutory Health Insurance of January 1, 2009 Regarding the Determination of the Definitive Contribution Rate and the Contributions Provided from the Remuneration for Certain Employee Groups, it is necessary to convert the HI indicator 2 Increased Contribution as of January 1, 2009.
Selection
You select only those people who pay an increased health insurance contribution as of January 1, 2009.
Procedure
When an employee is selected, the HI indicator is converted according to the following rules:
- If you have entered the value 7 Home Worker in the Occupational Status field in the infotype DEUEV (0020), the HI indicator 1 General Contribution is entered.
- Otherwise, the HI indicator 3 Reduced Contribution is entered.
Output
The system displays a list of employees for whom the infotype 0013 or infotype 0123 has been converted. In addition to the personnel number and the name of the employee for the infotype and subtype, the system displays the old and new HI indicator and the validity period.
The system lists the people who were not converted in the statistics under Rejected Persons.
The Processed Persons are those people for whom conversions were required.
The number of Processed Infotypes indicates the number of converted infotypes.
