RPISZIH0 - Query years in service

You can display the following data by using the program:

• Start and duration of the employees' years in service on the date specified

• Dates when the employees' years in service reaches a certain period

You can specify the aspects according to which these data should be calculated (e.g. for anniversary bonus, severance pay or service pension entitlement).

Selection options

Above the standard selection options you can influence data displayed by using the following options.

• Relevance type

You can specify according to which aspects from the above the system should display years in service. Further information: relevance type.

• Write relevant types only

If you select this option, the system displays years in service data only according to the aspects which can be interpreted based on the legal relationship of a specific person.

If you do not select this option, the system includes rows which cannot be interpreted in case of a specific person, but leaves the fields related to the start and duration of years in service blank. In addition it indicates in a message that there are no relevant data in case of the specific personnel number.

Example

The administrator would like to check data concerning the years in service of a government official in the aspect of anniversary bonus, severance pay, and service mark. The administrator selects the checkbox Write relevant types only. Since the service mark cannot be interpreted in case of a government official, the system only displays data related to the years in service calculated for anniversary bonus and severance pay.

• Duration format

• If you would like to display the date when the employees' years in service reaches a certain rate, specify the duration in one of the available formats (e.g. in the number of years, month, and days).

• If you would like to query the employees' years in service start and duration related to a specific day, select the format in which you would like to display the length of the years in service by using the pushbuttons Yr+Mon+Day, Year+day or Day.

Output

The program displays the employees' data related to the years in service according to the aspects specified. Users can choose from among the display of the following data:

• Start and duration of years in service

The system displayes the duration of the employees' years in service in the selected format, and the years in service start calculated back from the date specified

If you select a period, the system specifies the start and duration of the years in service based on the last day of the period.

• Specified duration reached

The system displays when the employees' years in service reaches the duration specified according to the selected aspects.

Example

The administrator would like to know which employees have years in service reaching 20 years in the current month in the aspect of anniversary bonus. Therefore he/she selects the current month as a period, sets the anniversary bonus as relevance type, and enters 20 years in the fields of Specified duration reached.
