RPITAXS0_CE - Batch Input for Tax Information in Infotype 0273

Purpose

You use this report to update tax information in the Taxes - SE infotype (0273) with the values received in a response file from the Swedish Tax Agency (CSR).

Integration

You have sent a request to the CSR using the Request Tax Information from CSR report. You have received a response file from the CSR and want to update tax information in the master data of one or more employees.

Prerequisites

Features

The program creates a batch input job containing the PA30 transaction needed to update the Taxes - SE infotype (0273).

Selection

• Job Nameand User

Choose the values you want to use to name the batch input job.

• Read from[*] server

Choose from which file system you want the file to be read.

Standard Variants

Output

• Table that contains the statistics of the processed personnel numbers summarized by organizational number, which is displayed first.

• Any errors that occurred during file processing are displayed in the second column.

Activities

• To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Batch Input for Tax Information in Infotype 0273.

• Check the created batch input job. If you want to update the master data, run the report.
