Title

ASSEDIC statement for occasional labor in the entertainment sector.

Use

The ASSEDIC statement is an compulsory document supplied by the company to the occasional worker at the end of his work contract, whatever the reason for this termination may be.

In addition to the identities of the employee and the company, the statement contains information on the termination of the contract and pension funds. It also outlines the 5 previous employment periods.

Prerequisites

In order to be processed, the occasional worker must have been subject

  • to a leaving action: switch from active status (stat2 = 3) to inactive status (stat2 <> 3) in the infotype Actions (0000),

  • a payroll for the leaving month (month of the final day of activity).

The payroll periods for occasional workers are determined in accordance with the entry and leaving personnel actions;

The information contained in the statement is produced from basic data and payroll data contained in the system, except for lists peculiar to ASSEDIC.

  • The "post occupied" field is determined using the infotype Qualification and INSEE code (0217).
  • The personnel category of the employee is given by the FAAS3 feature, depending on the status, the employee category and the contract type of your employees. The text is fixed by the ASSEDICs and adopted by the program, but the link between the status and the qualification code must be set by the user.
  • In the same manner, the code indicating the reason for the termination of the contract is given by the FAAS1 feature, in accordance with the type of and reason for the leaving action. As these values can be set by the user, the user must also set the feature.
  • Address of the company/establishment pair must be set in the T536A table with the address type "/F". The variable sequence produced by the FDDR1 feature is made up of company and establishment codes. The sequence numbers are used as follows:
    A : Business name
B : Name of the establishment
    C : Establishment address
D : Postal code and city
    G : Telephone number
    J : Legal status

    Example:
    address variable sequence Designation
    category sequence no.
    /F FR010000 A Company FR01
    /F FR010000 B Headquarters/corporate name
    /F FR010000 C 1, company street

Activities

In addition to the entry of personnel numbers, various settings must be entered into the selection screen:

  • The payroll wage types to be used in the "Employment periods" frame.
  • The payroll wage types corresponding to the unemployment insurance contributions and to ASF and FNGS contributions.
  • Information relating to the signature of the statement.

Result

The ASSEDIC statement is produced on one page (in landscape format) per employee and may be stored.

The statement contains four principal frames, each corresponding to a type of information: Employee, Employer, ASSEDIC contributions due and Signatory.

Before all the statements are printed, a list of error messages is printed containing the personnel number followed by errors occurring for this number.
