Title

ASSEDIC statement for occasional workers in the entertainment sector

Use

This program is used to produce the ASSEDIC Statement for occasional workers in the entertainment sector. This statement is a compulsory document supplied by the company to the occasional employee at the end of his or her work contract, irrespective of the reason for the termination of the contract.

In addition to the identities of the employee and the company, the statement contains information relating to the termination of the contract and the pension funds. It also contains information relating to the employment periods during the requested period. The form produced by

The form produced by SAP has been attributed the agreement number 957 by UNEDIC as it reproduces the contents of the legal printed form. This is indeed an automated issue of the Assedic Statement for occasional labor in the entertainment industry and not a preparatory report.

Prerequisites

In order to be treated, the occasional worker must have been subjected

  • to a leaving action: switch from active status (stat2 = 3) to inactive status (stat2 <> 3) in the infotype Actions (0000),

  • a payroll for the month of departure (month of the final day of activity.

The payroll periods are determined in accordance with the entry and departure personnel actions. There must be a cluster split for each contract of the occasional worker.

The information transferred to the statement originates from basic data and payroll data contained in the system, except for lists peculiar to ASSEDIC.

  • The "post occupied" field is determined using the infotype Qualification and INSEE code (0217).
  • The personnel category of the employee is supplied by the FAAS3 category, in accordance with the status, the employee category or the contract type of your employees. The text is fixed by the ASSEDICs, and adopted by the program, but the link between the status and the category code will have to be set by the user.
  • In the same manner, the leaving code is supplied by the FAAS1 feature in accordance with the type of and reason for the leaving action. As these values can be set by the user, the user must also set the feature.
  • The assignment number of the establishment to the entertainment sector leave fund is supplied by the FAC12 feature in accordance with the area and sub-area codes of the personnel.
  • Adress of the company/establishment pair must be set in table T536A with the address type "/F". The variable sequence produced from the FDDR1 feature is made up of personnel area and sub-area codes. The sequence numbers are used as follows:
    A : Corporate name
    B : Establishment name
    C : Establishment address
    D : postal code and town/city
    G : Telephone number
    J : Legal status
    H : Activity

    Example:
    Address variable sequence Designation
    category sequence no.
    /F FR010000 A Company FR01
    /F FR010000 B Headquarters/Corporate name
    /F FR010000 C 1, company street

Activities

In addition to the entry of personnel numbers, various settings are to be entered in the selection screen:

  • The payroll wage types to be used in the 'Employment periods' frame.
  • The payroll wage types corresponding to the unemployment insurance contributions and to ASF and FNGS contributions.
  • The code(s) for rehiring actions the following day.
  • Information relating to the signing of the statement.

Result

Before the issue of all the statements, a list of error messages is printed containing the number or the personnel number of the occasional worker followed by the error occurring for the worker.

The issue of the ASSEDIC statement comprises one page (in landscape format) per employee and may be stored.

The order number of the statement is automatically incremented for each statement issued. This order number is updated automatically by the system on each new form issued.
The only instance when this is not carried out is when the 'Test Run' checkbox has not been selected in the selection screen. In this case, the order number is replaced by the term 'Facsimile'.

Notes

  • The employer is not obliged to supply a duplicate page to the employee.
  • The program does not check whether the contract(s) for which the statement is supplied have already given rise to the establishment of a statement. It is thus incumbent on the employer to perform this check.
