Title

Absence Breakdown History Generation (RPLABSG0_GO_LIVE)

Purpose

This report is used to initialise the table Coverage History.

During absence evaluation in payroll, you can breakdown absences according to country-specific and/or industry-specific criteria using the payroll function GPNAB.

To do so, the Coverage History table containing detailed information for each absence day is evaluated. Information from past absences can be used when determining the evaluation for a specific day of absence that is being evaluated during the payroll.

When the function GPNAB is first used in payroll, make sure that the Coverage History has been created far enough in the past. Coverage History can be determined and stored in the payroll cluster using this report (which uses the same rules as the same those used by the payroll function GPNAB).
