Title

Employment certificate for occasional labor in the entertainment sector

Purpose

The employment certificate for occasional labor in the entertainment sector is a compulsory document supplied by the company to the occasional employee at the end of his or her work contract and delivered to the entertainment leave fund.

In addition to the identities of the occasional worker and the company, the certificate indicates the salary which will serve as a basis for calculating the paid leave indemnity and his or her gross remuneration.

Prerequisites

In order to be processed, the employee must have been subjected to a

  • leaving action: switch from active status (stat2 = 3) to inactive status (stat2 <> 3) in the infotype Actions(0000),

  • a payroll at the date of the last working day.

The information transferred to the statement originates from basic data and payroll data contained in the system, except for the lists peculiar to the employment certificate.

  • The employment indication "executive/non-executive" is produced by the FACI1 feature, depending on the status, employee category and type of contract of your employees.

  • The account number for the entertainment sector leave fund is given by the FAC12 feature for each of your companies.

The registration number of the employee at the Entertainment leave and its key letter must be entered in infotype 0185, sub-type 01 "Entertainment leave no."

Activities

In addition to the entry of personnel numbers, various setting are to be entered in the selection screen:

  • the payroll columns to be used in the "Employment periods" frame,
  • the information relating to the signing of the statement,
  • In the field No. of the certificate', you must indicate the first preprinted number of the employment certificate that you wish to deliver to the employee. If you issue more than one certificate, the other numbers will be deducted sequentially from the first number. The certificate number appearing on your declarations must correspond to the preprinted number on the certificates addressed by the entertainment sector leave fund,
  • the currency in which you wish to display your results.

Result

The declaration is issued on one page (in landscape format) per period of activity for each employee.

A list of error messages is displayed by pressing the button "List of errors".

The button "Export" enables you to recover the file on your work center.
The file will be created in the directory selected and will be readable by Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, WRITE, etc.

To issue your declarations using SAPSCRIPT, use the button "Issue".
