Purpose

You use this program to view and check the AED (Electronic Employer Statement) declarations to be forwarded to the national employment pole (Pole Emploi). This program is included with the RPL4DSF0 program as well as the B2A Administrator.

Authorization check

With the AED_AUTHORITY_CHECK method of the BAdI HRPAYFR_N4DS_CUST you can view, print and download a given statement.

It is possible to view, by default, and if no implementation of this BAdl is available, all the statements using the CL_HRPAYFR_N4DS_CUST_FB emergency class.

Selection

Data selection

TemSe file: specify the TemSe file corresponding to the declarations to be edited. This field is mandatory.

Sequential number of declaration: number corresponding to the declarations to be edited. This field is mandatory and must only have one sequential number if .PDF file display is selected.

Choice of rendering mode

.PDF file display: is used to consult a given declaration in .PDF format, provided that only one single number has been entered in the Sequential number of declaration and that this number exists in the TemSe file specified in Temse file.

In this case, the launch is carried out in the foreground.

Print: Enables one to print one or more declarations in either foreground or background. Leave this field empty when you wish to print all declarations.

It is possible to retrieve the statements in .PDF. format. Exception: in version 4.7, a smartform is used.

Work center backup:Enables to save one or more declarations in .PDF format on the work center. In this case, the launch is in foreground. As of then, you will need to specify a target directory to stock your files in .PDF format.
