RPLAPL00 - Creation of internal applicants

Description

You use this report to create applications for a large number of employees using bulk processing. The selection is made using a list of employees.

Procedure:

1. Enter the desired selection criteria for the employee list and choose Program -> Execute.

The Create internal applicants screen appears. A list of employees is displayed.

1. Select the employees for whom an application must be created, and choose Create application.

The Defaults screen appears.

1. Enter the organizational assignment and the type of application, and choose Adopt.

The Creation of Internal Applicants screen appears. A list of created applications is displayed.

1. If you want to create more applications, go back.

Requirements

Please note that this program is only useful for renewed applications if you have marked the individual infotypes in the appropriate info group for renewed applications with operation COP (copy) or INSS (create with personnel actions).
