RPLAVSD0 - PEP: List of Requests Pension Equalization Payment

Purpose

With this report, you can generate a list of open processes for pension equalization of the company pension scheme (CPS). You can use this list to determine which queries must still be answered by the court.

You can find information on the process flow for pension equalization in the company pension scheme in Customizing under Personnel Management -> Compan Pension Scheme -> Pension Equalization.

Integration

Prerequisites

Features

The report determines the data for pension equalization payments whose status has not yet been reached a specified process step within the process workflow on the system data of the runtime of the report.

Selection

In addition to the organizational set-up and the personnel number selection, the process status can also be specified. There are several variants available for this:

• Only query entered

The court queries are selected for which information on the entitlements was issued. In other words which have the current status in the process of 01 Query entered.

• Entitlements not certified

The court queries for pension equalization are selected for which no information on entitlements has been issued. This encompasses clearings whose statuses currently have one of the following values in the process:

- 01,,Query entered

- 02,,Statement created (pension overview)

- 03,,Calculation carried out

• Process not complete

The court queries for pension equalization are selected for which no information has been issued. This encompasses clearings whose statuses currently have one of the following values in the process:

- 01,,Query entered

- 02,,Statement created (pension overview)

- 03,,Calculation carried out

- 04,,Statement created (information regarding entitlements)

- 05,,Court decision entered

- 06,,Person entitled to pension equalization payment entered

• Fixed status

The court queries on pension equalization are selected whose current process status corresponds to the value entered in the selection screen.

Standard Variants

Variant 1SAP is provided as a standard variant. This can be replaced with a customer-specific variant.

Output

The output is performed as an ALV list.
