Purpose

This report supports the creation of the "survey of structure and level of wages (LSE) Revision 2012” statistics, which are compiled by the Swiss Federal Statistical Office (BFS).

The report is valid for forms as of 2012.

The start and end dates are set automatically to the first and last days of the reporting month (SAP standard: October). The reporting year is entered as a parameter.

Integration

This report replaces the report HR-CH: BFS - Swiss Federal Statistical Office (RPLBGAC1).

Prerequisites

Features

Selection

  • Report Month/Year
10 should be entered as a value for the month of October. If no data is available for this month, you can choose another (refer to BFS form).
The payroll year is entered as a four-digit number. The report supports evaluations after and including the year 2012.
  • Selection procedures(see BFS form)
1: Each employee is considered
Valid for 1 - 50 employees
2: Every 2nd employee is considered
Valid for 20 - 50 employees
3: Every 3rd employee is considered
Valid from 50 employees onwards
6: Every 6th employee is considered
Valid from 50 employees onwards
  • Employee Subgroup
By entering the personnel area, the company address and contact person's data are determined from view V_T536A.
  • Employees without a record
The number of employees who are counted to determine the size of the company but who are not recorded in the system.
  • Hiring Date
The date for the calculation of the date of entry is selected using this parameter. The following assignments are admissible:
E: Entry date from infotype 16
K: Company entry date from infotype 16
D: Date from infotype 41.
O: Date of the organizational assignment from infotype 0
  • Date type
This parameter is useful when the date of entry parameter has been given the value D (the date from infotype 41). In this case, a date from infotype 41 is selected by the date type parameter.
  • Wage Agreement
You use this parameter to specify in which way most of the wages of the employees in your company are defined:
1: Based on a collective wage agreement, which has been agreed on in the context of a collective agreement (CA) of an association.
2: Based on a collective wage agreement, which has been agreed on in the context of a collective agreement of a company or public administration.
3: Based on a collective wage agreement agreed on outside of a CA.
4: Only based on individual work contracts.
  • Output options
  • Version
In the SAP standard, the wage structure for 2016 is the default. You can change this setting as necessary.

  • Output medium: Text output form
When you select this option, the report outputs a formatted form that displays the data for the BFS statistics in table form.

  • Output medium: BAdI
When you select this option, the output happens via a BAdI implementation. For example, you can generate CSV or XML files for transfer to BFS. For more information, see Customizing for Payroll: Switzerland (PY-CH), under Reports and Statistics -> Reports Bundesamt für Statistik (BFS) -> BFS - Structure and Level of Salaries/Wages (LSE) Revision 2012 -> Customer Enhancements -> BAdI: Generating an Export File.

Selection of persons

  • Apprentices and interns are excluded.
  • The person must be actively employed during the reporting month.
  • If you select by employee subgroup, employees can be grouped according to their standard working times and evaluated separately.
