RPLCLNJ0 - Status Update for Child Care Leave (Termination) Notification Form

Purpose
You use this report to update the status of an employee's child care leave notification or child care leave termination notification form in the system. For example, when the social insurance office or health insurance union has notified the company of the notification result, you run the report to update the form status to Notified.
In addition, the report also enables you to print the two forms and submit them to the social insurance office or health insurance union.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have filled out child care leave information in the Child Care Leave and Nursing Leave (3140) infotype and generated the child care leave notification or child care leave termination notification forms from the infotype.
Features
The report enables you to move along the form processing workflow and update the status to the following:
- Created
You have created the form.
- Submitted
You have submitted the form to the social insurance office or health insurance union.
- Notified
The social insurance office or health insurance union has notified the company of the notification result.
To display the forms, the report reads the master data of the selected employees from the following infotypes:
- Organizational Assignment (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
- SI Basic Data JP (0140)
- Family Member/Dependents (0021)
- Child Care Leave and Nursing Leave (3140)
Selection
Form Type
Select at least one type of form. The report retrieves form data based on the type you select.
Report Date
Enter a date for which you are updating the form statuses. By default, the system fills the current calendar date in this field.
When you update the form status from the report result, the system records the entered report date as the date when the form status is changed, for example, the creation date or submission date of a form. In addition, the report produces the Child Care Leave and Nursing Leave (3140) infotype information that is active on this date into the forms.
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays form records of the selected employees in an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. From the list, you have the following options:
- Print a form
Choose one or more entries in the result and select the Print CLN/CLTN pushbutton.
- Update the form status with the following pushbuttons:
- Set Status to Created: Select this pushbutton to update a form without a status to Created
- Set Status to Submitted: Select this pushbutton to change a form from Created to Submitted
- Set Status to Notified: Select this pushbutton to change a form from Submitted to Notified
- Refresh the status date with the specified report date on the selection screen. For example, select a form record with the Created status and choose the Set Status to Created pushbutton to update the creation date.
The system also tracks the errors or warnings that occur during report execution. To view the error or warning messages, choose the Display Message pushbutton.
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Japan -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-independent -> Reporting -> Child Care and Nursing Leave -> Status Update for Child Care Leave (Termination) Notification Form.
