Title

Display Pay Grade Structure

Purpose

This report displays the pay grades and levels in your organization.

Integration

Prerequisites

Pay grades and levels must exist.

Features

Selection

Your entries under further selections determine which pay grades are displayed, for example, by entering a country grouping. You can display the pay grades for each country in which you have a subsidiary.

Standard Variants

Output

This report displays pay grades. This information is organized according to country grouping, pay grade type and pay grade area. The following data is also output:

  • Reference salary of the pay grade (table T710A)
  • Minimum and maximum salary of the pay grade levels (T710A)
  • Currency and unit of time (T710A)

Activities

In the output table, you can display the following additional data by changing the display variant:

  • Midpoint of pay grade level (table T710)

This is the total of the minimum + maximum divided by 2

= (minimum + maximum) / 2

  • Range of pay grade level (table T710)

This is the difference between the maximum and the midpoint expressed as a percentage of the midpoint from the Pay Grade Level table (T710):

= ((maximum - midpoint) / midpoint) * 100

  • Differential of the pay grade level (table T710)

Deviation from the next lowest pay grade level expressed as a percentage of the actual average. In the lowest pay grade level, it is blank.

= (average (n) - (average (n-1)) / average (n) * 100
