Purpose

Use this report to generate a list of the various deductions from employee salaries.

In a concurrently enabled system, the report generates the deduction details based on the Australian Business Number (ABN) and Person ID.

Integration

Prerequisites

You have run the payroll for the relevant payroll periods.

Features

Selection

Using the report, you can:

• Select the deduction wage types for which you want the listing report.

• Generate the list sorted on the employee number wise or employee name

• Generate a summary of the various deductions, or also generate a detailed list of deductions

Standard Variants

Activities

1. Select the relevant selection criteria.
2. Select the Deduction wage type/s for which you wish to generate the deductions listing report.
3. To only generate the totals of the various deductions, select Display totals only indicator.
4. To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
