Purpose

Use this report to generate detailed information on employee wages for selected Payroll Period(s).

In a Concurrent Employment enabled system, the report generates information based on Person ID and Personnel Assignment.

You have run the payroll for the required Payroll Periods.

Output

  • Information Type
The report generates Employee Pay Details under the following sections:
  • Employee Payment Details

This section displays the payment wage types for the selected Person IDs. For Person IDs with multiple Personnel Assignments, the report generates multiple payment details, for example, Person ID 01 has one personnel assignment in AB01 and two in AB02. In this case the report will generate three payment details, one for every personnel assignment.
  • Employer Wise Report

This section displays payment details for every Australian Business Number (ABN), for example, Person ID 01 has one Personnel Assignment in AB01 and two Personnel Assignments in AB02. In this case, the report will display separate payment details AB01and AB02.
  • Employee Payment Summary

This section displays the payment details for the payroll area(s).
  • Information Grouping
The report groups the payment wage types based on the specification set in their Evaluation Class. All information type sections display the wage types under the following categories:
  • Earnings and Allowances

  • Retro/Claim from previous

  • Deductions

  • Notational Wage Types

Note
The Employee Payment Summary and Complete Payment Summary sections have two additional categories - Claim and Amount paid.

Activities

  • Select the relevant selection criteria.
  • To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
