Purpose

As a result of new Dimona declaration requirements (valid from October 1, 2010), this report is obsolete. For information about current declaration generation requirements, see the Dimona Declaration: Generation(RPCDIGB0) report.

This report enables you to retrieve all the Dimona master data records with the status set to 'Planned' from the relevant infotype (0735) and write them to a TemSe file.

Integration

Use this report once you have executed report Prepare Dimona IT 735 declarations (RPUDIPB0).

Prerequisites

To generate the TemSe file successfully:

  • You must have run report Prepare Dimona IT 735 declarations (RPUDIPB0).
  • Make sure you have maintained the employer SI number and the Dimona sender number in the institutions (T5B9P) and the company address (T5B9A) tables.
  • Maintain either the SIS card or the factory number in infotype Personal Data (0002).

Features

Selection

You can make various selections according to time-dependent and organizational needs. Note that if you do not enter a personnel number of a selection of personnel numbers, the system retrieves all the personnel numbers (not recommended for larger companies).

In addition, you can:

  • Specify whether you want to enter the Dimona declarations manually via vocal server / FTP or whether you want to send all declarations in electronic format. In this case, the file is stored in the TemSe directory and the sender ID is mandatory.
  • Execute the report in test mode (default value). In this case, the database remains unchanged.

Standard Variants

No standard variant delivered.

Output

If you have chosen the File option on the selection screen, the data is written to a file in the Temse directory, which you can send to the National Office for Social Security via FTP. To view its contents, execute the relevant report (RPUDIVB0), select the newly generated file and press Enter.

If you have chosen the Manual option however, you can use the Advanced List Viewer (ALV), which provides you with a set of tools that give you insight into the reported data and allow you to set different views and options for filtering and selecting data, display subtotals and totals, export data to MS Excel and MS Word, send data as an attachment, or display data graphically.

A log file is displayed containing the number of processed employees and planned Dimona declarations, as well as an error log if applicable.
