Description

This declaration, called Monthly Statement of Workforce Movements (DMMO) is sent to the DARES in order for the statistics to be exploited. Concurrently to the DMMO, the DARES carries out a Quarterly Survey on the Workforce Movements (EMMO) conducted in establishments with less than 50 employees.

In addition to the paper version (Cerfa form), this program will generate a TemSe file in order to send it via the exchange of computerized data (EDI).

Notes regarding persons transferred on the last day of the month

Example: Employee with infotype 0000 Departure on the 1st March

This program will add a departure which will begin on the first day of the following month (i.e. STAT2 = 0 in infotype 0000) in the counter of departures during the considered reference period. In the DMMO for the month of February, frame II, this departure will be added to the Monthly departures and theemployee will not counted in the End of the month headcount.

Prerequisites

The address of the combination company/establishment must be set in the activity Addresses of the employer of the implementation guide. The relevant keys are the following:

  • A: Name of company

  • B: name of the establishment

  • C: street of the establishment

  • D: postal code and city

  • K: municipality INSEE code

  • The address of the DDTEFP must be set in table T5F4E. Furthermore, one must associate in table T5F1P, the DDTEFP identifier to each staff domain/subdomain.
  • Any administrative measure with a motive which corresponds to one of the proposed classifications in table T5F30 must be set in this table. Make sure to specify in this table the measures which correspond to a rehiring action the following day or to the hiring of an external collaborator.
  • If you do not maintain contracts of the temporary work in your system, you must set table T5F5Q by using the "NRINTERI" constant for each SIRET number.

If the constant does not exist or if it is void, the program identifies a person as a temporary worker via the parameter setting of tables T5F42 and T5F45. A modifier corresponding to a temporary type contract is to be defined in table T5F45. This modifier must then be associated in table T5F42 to the relevant contracts.

  • In addition to the temporary workers, vocational trainees and workers replacing employees on annual leave for interventions lasting less than a month, must be excluded from these movements and headcounts.
  • The vocational trainees are identified via table T5F42.

  • The temporary replacement workers are also identified in this table and the duration of the contract is read in infotype 'Contract elements' (0016).

For the people excluded from the DMMO, the particular type of their permanent hiring action must be identified in table T5F30.

  • The actions corresponding to a mutation of one company establishment to another are automatically settled via the change of NIC.

Note:

an employee with a fixed term contract must have a Contract Elements (0016) infotype with a notice date specified in the 'limited until' field.

  • Conditions required for SAP/ADP interface users:
  • Constant FADP of table T511K must not be equal to zero.

  • Version 2.1 of the SAP/ADP interface must be installed.

  • The address of the establishment must be defined in table ETA.

  • The address of the DDTEFP must be defined in table SAP12.

  • Table SAP11 must be maintained with the output measure categories and the output measure motives (transfer from your current establishment to another establishment of your company, leave for military service, resignation, economic dismissal,...) A hiring action the following day must be entered in table SAP11 with an 'O' in the last column.

  • The number of temporary workers present in the establishment during the reference month must be entered in constant 'NRINTERI' of table T5F5Q, under each SIRET number.

  • In addition to the temporary workers, vocational trainees and workers replacing employees on annual leave for interventions lasting less than a month, must be excluded from these movements and headcounts. These types of contracts must be excluded in table SAP10. The nature of each work contract (permanent, temporary or transfer from another establishment) must also be specified in table SAP10.

  • With table SAP12 you can enter the surnames, first names telephone numbers and postal codes of the signatories of the declaration for each establishment.

Features

Selection

In the selection screen of the program data, populate

  • as part of the selection per establishment
  • the SIRET number(s) of the related establishments.

If you populate one or more of the present employee selection fields via buttons 'Other selections'or 'Search help', the program may be required to edit incomplete forms for certain establishments. This may happen if transfers occur during the reference month.
The use of additional selections fields must only arise as part of tests where a limited number of employees is required. Regarding the final editing of the forms, only SIRET number selection is authorized.

  • As part of the period selection
  • the reference month,

  • and, if you opt for a quarterly survey of workforce movements, mark the corresponding checkbox. The reference month therefore corresponds to the last month of the selected quarter. In this case, only the editing of the preparatory version is possible.

  • You only have one option regarding the selection form:
  • check the Cerfa form in order to obtain a certified Cerfa form of the declaration (not available for the quarterly survey),

or

  • check the preparatory version in order to obtain a list of the information necessary for when filling in the declaration.

  • For SAP/ADP interface users:

With a checkbox you can specify if the data regarding the signatory which come from table SAP12 must be overwritten by the information entered in the selection screen.

DMMO Electronic Data Exchange (EDI)

The EDI mode is checked by default. Once you are working in EDI mode, you can test your statement and change it to productive mode. In order to transfer your declaration, you must enter the Tele-DMMO Identification Code.

Output

The program generates a selection list per establishment with which you can visualize or print the declaration for one, several or all of the establishments by double-clicking on the corresponding line or node.

The list of possible errors encountered during execution of the program is accessible by double-clicking on the corresponding line.

It is also possible to choose between the Cerfa form or the preparatory version from the selection list.

On the declaration form you will find the following information, edited for each establishment:

  • the establishment details (SIRET n°, APE code and address),
  • the company's headcount on the last day of the declaration month (with male/female distribution) and on the last day of the previous month,
  • the number of input and output during the declaration month,
  • the number of temporary employees during the month.

The following data are edited for every employee who has entered or left the company:

  • the surname, first name, nationality, year of birth, gender, employment and qualifications,
  • the date of arrival
  • the nature of the contract in terms of declaration coding,
  • the date of departure,
  • the reason for departure.

  1. The measure parametered as "Rehiring the following day" is identified in the DMO form, column 'Departure', just like the end of a temporary employment contract (FD).
  2. If you carry out a staff movement in a retroactive manner, and the DMO of the previous month has already been communicated, then the qualifier "headcount on the last day of the previous month" will not correspond to the qualifier "headcount on the last day of the declaration month" of the sent DMO. It is however possible to send back to the DDTEFP a reissue of the sent DMO for the previous month.

In EDI mode,

you obtain a list which displays for each establishment the following information on a line:

  • the SIREN,
  • the NIC,
  • the name of the TemSe file (TemSe Object)

You can view the DMMO structures by clicking on the name of the TemSe file or on the EDI TemSe iconas well as create the file in DMMP format by clicking on the Generate button.

Background launch

The output spool contains the list of errors and the TemSe file in SAP format is created.

To display the results or create the file in MMP format, launch the RPUTMS9S program:

  • Select DMMO as the form type.
  • Select the TemSe file to display in the help of the TemSe Object. Choose the test type of Declaration object DMMO (FR) as soon as the checkbox is marked.
  • Select Display TemSe Contents to display the results or the Create Final File and Download option to create the file in DMMO format.
