Purpose

This report performs the provisional transfer in accordance with §2 para. 5 BesÜG.

Prerequisites

The transfer to DNeuG has already been performed.

Features

Report RPLDNEUGD0_UEBF serves to assign the new salary scale in the case of a higher level grouping in DNeuG. This assignment is performed in two steps.

  1. Determining a new level or transfer level of the higher salary scale on the key date of the transfer
  2. Correcting the newly determined level or transfer level according to §3 BesÜG from the time of the promotion.

The calculation of the surplus is also supported.

  • The amount of the surplus and the later change to the surplus are based on the benefit levels that were assigned before July 01, 2009.

Usually the report is executed with the desired entries for the fields “Key Date of Promotion" and "Higher Group for Promotion Acc. to New Law". The report checks in infotype Basic Pay (0008) whether a further promotion is present in the provisional time interval (four years from the transfer day). In this case, a further check is made as to whether the entry fields from the selection screen (“Key Date of Promotion” and "Higher Group for Promotion Acc. to New Law") correspond with this infotype record from basic pay. Otherwise the program is terminated.

In addition the report conducts a notional transfer for personnel cases with an existing promotion in the infotype Basic Pay in the next four years (in this case until June 30, 2013). In this case, the entry fields "Key Date of Promotion" and "Higher Group for Promotion Acc. to New Law" should not be filled on the selection screen.

Selection

You can make the following specifications on the selection screen:

  • Personnel No.
  • Subtype of Infotype 0008
  • Key Date of Promotion
  • Higher Group for Promotion Acc. to Old Law
If the name of the salary group differs in the old law and in the new salary law, you specify in this field the salary group to which the civil servant would have been promoted according to the old law.
  • Higher Group for Promotion Acc. to New Law

Output

The report writes a log of the notional transfer with a higher pay seniority group in the form of an ALV list. The additional information on the correction of the level or the transfer level of the higher pay seniority group after the notional transfer in accordance with §3 BesÜG is output. Further to this, an error list and warning list is output (if required).
