Purpose

You use this report to generate Loss of Qualification Form/Deregistration Form for Pension Office or Health Insurance (HI) Association.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • You must have maintained the employee's Social Insurance Basic Data(0140) infotype with correct status and validity date.
  • For the newly hired and transferred employees, make sure that you have maintained the personnel area and personnel subarea in the Organizational Assignment(0001) infotype.,,

Features

You can use the Edit data of Loss form (Paper) (PAYJP_RPLDQLJ2) Business Add-In (BAdI) to edit custom data.

Selection

To run the report, you specify the following selections:

  • Social Insurance Modifier for target branch office (SI Mod. of Target Br.Office) to which employees submit Loss of Qualification Form/Deregistration Form.
  • Submission Method
  • Submit HI and EP Data Together

If you select this option, you can further select employees with options: Both HI and EP, HI Only, or EP Only. The report includes employees who are disqualified from HI, Employee's Pension (EP), or both in the specified period.
Also, you can specify the insurance number of the insured which is to be displayed and used to sort employees in the form as follows:
Health Insurance No.: The report outputs HI number and employees are sorted by HI number.
Employee's Pension No.: The report outputs EP number and employees are sorted by EP number.
Both Number (Sort HI No.): The report outputs both HI number and EP number and employees are sorted by HI number.
Both Number (Sort EP No.): The report outputs both HI number and EP number and employees are sorted by EP number.
  • Submit HI & EP Data Separately

If you select this option, you can further select the insurance type for which the form is to be created: Health Insurance or Employee's Pension.
  • Select Basic Pension Numberor Individual Numberto be displayed in the form.
  • Select output options: Smartforms with ALV, PDF with ALV, or ALV Only. If you select Smartforms with ALV or PDF with ALV, the default form name is HR_JP_LDQL2.

Standard Variants

Output

This report outputs the results with the following formats:

  • Smartform
  • PDF form
  • SAP List Viewer (ALV)
Note: The error messages only are displayed with ALV screen.
