RPLE2AD0 - ELStAM Procedure: Check Missing ID Number

Purpose

The report RPLE2AD0 creates a short log listing all employees who have not had an identification number according to § 139b of the German Fiscal Code in the infotype Fiscal Data D (0012) for at least 3 months after entry into the company.

Integration

This report is an evaluation tool to check for new hires whether an ID number has been entered into the system within 3 months for the relevant employee.

Prerequisites

You have made the Customizing settings for the ELStAM procedure.

Selection

Evaluation Start

To exclude any old cases that may have accumulated since the live start of the ELStAM procedure, you can enter an evaluation start (earliest possible evaluation date).

Standard Variants

Output

The data is output as ALV or a print list depending on the selected print options.

Activities

Employees are legally obligated to notify their employers of their ID number. If this does not happen within 3 months, the affected employees must be retroactively evaluated with tax class 6 starting from their hiring date.
