Purpose

Use this report to generate employee absences information for a selected payroll period. You can generate the information for absences already taken by an employee or absences planned by an employee in the future

Note

In a Concurrent Employment enabled system, the report generates leave information based on the Australian Business Number (ABN) and Person ID.

Types of Leave

The report allows you to generate information on the:

  • Recreation leave taken during a selected payroll period. The report obtains this information from the cluster LVEPR
  • Long Service Leave taken by employees within a selected payroll period. The report obtains this information from cluster LSLPR
  • Projected Leave liability for a future period. You can calculate leave projections for periods that lie up to 10 years in the future. The report obtains the leave liability information from the following leave infotypes:
  • Organizational Assignment (0001)

  • Planned Working Time (0007)

  • Payroll Status (0003)

  • Absence Quotas (2006)

  • Attendance Quotas (2007)

Display Parameters

You can choose to:

  • Generate leave information employee wise, or on the total leave liability
  • Include the absences booked by the employee for a future date while calculating the leave liability.

Selection

Standard Variants

Output

The report generates the information based on the ABN and Person ID. If you have selected the Totals only indicator, the report will display the information at an ABN level. You however, have the option of expanding the list and viewing the results at a Person ID level.

Activities

  1. Select the relevant selection criteria.
  2. Enter the Absence Quota information.
  3. Select the type of leave for which you wish to generate data. You can generate information about Recreational Leave, Long Service Leave or calculate leave projections for future periods.
  4. To execute the report, select Program -> Execute.
