RPLEEAKT - EEA TemSe file handling

Purpose

This report allows you to export the TemSe files generated by the Employment Equity Act (EEA) Reporting(RPLEEAK0) and Employment Equity Act (EEA) Reporting(RPLEEAK0_CE) program.

Features

Selection

You must select the check box of TemSe files displayed in the table list and choose the Export EECRS filesbutton in order to submit files to the Employment Equity Computerized Reporting System reporting (EECRS).

Standard Variants

Output

The report exports the content of the entire TemSe files.

To export your TemSe files, you should have already executed the Employment Equity Act (EEA) Reporting(RPLEEAK0) or the Employment Equity Act (EEA) Reporting(RPLEEAK0_CE) program. You should, then, execute this report to export your TemSe files.

Example

You export your TemSe files generated by the Employment Equity Act (EEA) Reporting (RPLEEAK0) program in order to submit it to the Employment Equity Computerized Reporting System reporting (EECRS).

Activities

To access this program, in SAP Easy Access menu, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Americas -> USA -> Subsequent activities -> Annual -> Start of year -> Employment Equity Act -> EEA TemSe file handling
