Program objectives
The program generates the form called "Statement on income from simplified employment".
Entering the selection fields
- Form: the program uses the standard HR_HU_EGYSZ_FOGL_IG Smartform
- Printer: name of output device controlling the form output.
- By tax numbers: radio button. When selecting, the program gathers data by tax numbers, and displays data belonging to a certain tax number on one sheet.
- This also means that if several personnel numbers belong to a certain tax number, and at least one of them is included in the selection, the program displays the data of all personnel numbers of that tax number.
- By personnel numbers: radio button. When selecting, the program only processes the personnel numbers in the selection, gathers data by personnel numbers, and displays the data of a single personnel number on one sheet.
- Display personnel numbers: checkbox. If selected, the program also displays the personnel number on the form above the table.
- If processing by tax numbers was selected, and several personnel numbers belong to the same tax number, when selecting the option of displaying the personnel numbers, the table is split by personnel numbers, and each number is displayed above each table.
- Company data: the address to be included in the form has to be specified here.
Displayed data
The program reads data to be included in the form from the monthly return.
