Purpose

This report analyses the income differentialsof a workforce according to designated groups (in the various occupational categories and levels of the workforce) as specified by the South African Employment Equity Act (EEA).

According to the EEA, the designated groups which this report focuses on are:

  • Race

  • Gender

  • Level

Prerequisites

For each employee in your organization, you must maintain the following information:

  • In infotype Personal Data (0002), specify gender.

  • In infotype Additional Pers. Data (0077), specify ethnic origin and disability information.
