RPLERCC0 - Employer Statement

Purpose
This report is obsolete. Use the report RPLERCC1_CE instead.
You can use this report to create the employer statement for the unemployment insurance when an employee leaves. The form is to be submitted by the employee leaving to the unemployment office with the application for unemployment support and is to be issued by the employer upon the request of the employee.
Prerequisites
In Customizing for Payroll Switzerland, you have made the settings under Statements -→ Employer Statement.
Features
- For each personnel number, the data for the form is determined from the infotype Employer Statement (0600) and from the payroll units for the application key AGBE.
- The report does not output a form if no data has been specified for an employee for the key date in infotype 0600.
Selection
- Usually, you execute the report for a personnel number.
- Choose the last active work day of the person as the key date of the report.
Output
The output is a SmartForm.
If you execute the report in the background, the settings of the user are used for the print output.
