Description

Output the List of employee who leave company on the specified month,
along with information for retirement allowance acounting

1. Excusion schedule
   Before retirement allowance acounting (Or occasionally)
2. Selection
   Employee who has event type 'Termination' and leaves company on the
   specified month

Output contorl

1. Employee selection
   Selecting employee by termination date is possible
2. Output fields selection
   Selecting wage types to be output is possible
