Purpose

The report RPLFAKC6 supports payroll with the family equalization funds of the various cantons. For each person subject to OASI, the report determines the total of the amounts that can be claimed back by the family equalization fund. The output follows the guidelines for wage data processing (version 2.2, see www.swissdec.ch).

Integration

Reports RPLFAKC1 and RPLFAKC2 also output information about family-related bonuses. Moreover, they also contain information about exactly how the family-related bonus is split.

Features

Selection

  • The Display Retroactive Accounting parameter affects the assignment of wages and bonuses recorded retroactively for the previous year. Until now, retroactive accounting for the standardized wage notification procedure (SWNP) was only certified with the value FO.
  • The FAK Basis field initially contains wage type /415, which is intended for wage subject to OASI.
  • The Family-Related Bonus field initially contains wage type /407, which is intended for the amount of the family-related bonus that can be claimed back.
Note: If you choose a different wage type, remember that, according to the guidelines for wage data processing, only cantonal bonuses can be claimed back by the family equalization fund can be executed.

Standard Variants

Output

The report output contains the following information for each payroll unit and FAK canton:

  • Alphabetical listing of employees
  • The new social insurance number if available, otherwise the old insurance number or birthdate.
  • Total wages subject to OASI per person in the relevant payroll unit and FAK canton. If a person changes payroll units or FAK cantons during the year, the report executes the relevant subperiod in the relevant area.
  • Total of family-related bonuses per employee
