RPLFBIN0 - General Overview of Individual Flexible Benefits Choices

Purpose
This report enables you to create a general overview of individual Flexible Benefits choices. This functionality can be used to analyze the choices made by the individual employees. After selecting a subset of employees, all relevant information of infotype Flexible Benefits (NL) 0897 is displayed.
Integration
Report General Overview Flexible Benefits Choices(RPLFBKN0) can also be used to analyze Flexible Benefits choices.
Prerequisites
Features
The selection fields Selection Date, Benefit Area, Program and Statusare obligatory
Selection
In addition to the normal PNP selection options, the following selection options are available:
- Selection date: the date on which you want to have an overview of the choices.
- Benefit Area: a benefit area comprises a group of plans that applies to a particular branch of the enterprise or to the entire enterprise. A benefit area contains a code consisting of 2 characters and a description and can be valid for a maximum of one country with one currency.
- Program:this is a set of sources and goals from which a group of employees can choose.
- Adjustment reason: this is a personal or organizational change that an employee experiences and that allows an adjustment of his/her benefit choices.
- Infotype status: the status indicates whether an infotype record has been temporarily stored for simulation or that the record has been stored for approval or that the record is available as a final choice.
- Source:you can use a source to finance one or more goals.
- Goal: this is a spending option an employee can finance via a source.
In case you do not select a special adjustment reason, source or goal, everything will be displayed.
Standard Variants
Output
The records will be selected according to the selection made on the selection screen. First, you will see the statistics of the selection. After pressing on the button Output List, the following data of the selected records will be displayed in an ALV:

The ALV-output can be used for statistical evaluations.
