Purpose

You can use this report to generate the choice overview of flexible benefits for the employee. This report uses form HR_NL_FB_OVKEUZE.

Features

Selection

In addition to the normal PNP selection options the Year of Statement is used to specify for which year a form should be generated.

It is also possible to make a selection based on legal person. However, if a person has been assigned to multiple legal persons, use of the selection might result in 'too few' forms.

You can also make selections based on Benefit Area and Program.

In Logical Form Name you can specify which form needs to be used. The standard form will be suitable for most situations.

Standard Variants

Output

The Flexible Benefits Overview form for the employee is used for the output of the data.

This form can be modified and adjusted. See IMG activity IMG-stap Choice Overview Form for this.

In addition to the standard PDF form, you can use customer-specific SmartForm or SAPscript forms.

In the log, the messages are categorized as follows:

  • General messages
  • Messages based on personnel number and statistics.
    These statistics indicate how many personnel numbers have been selected,succesfully processed or rejected. The number of selected persons are those persons who, according to the selection criteria in the selection screen, can be selected from the PNP database. If no selection criteria are entered, all employees are counted, irrespective of whether they belong to the Dutch payroll. The number of processed persons are the persons for whom an overview is generated. The number of rejected persons are the persons who are not linked to a legal person (LePer) via infotype 0001 or because an error occurred.
    This means that the number of selected persons is equal to the total of:
  • the number of processed persons

  • the number of rejected persons

  • the number of persons not included in the Dutch payroll.

Additionally, the "Output List" button can be used to generate an overview of the totals per employee and per legal person.
