Purpose

You can use this report to generate a settlement overview of Flexible Benefits for the employee.

Integration

Prerequisites

You must have executed IMG activity Settlement.

Features

Selection

In addition to the selection options, the year to which the overview flexible settlement applies is used.

You can also make selections based on Benefit Area and Program. It is also possible to select Wage Types with Repaid and Received FB Amounts. When an employee leaves the company, these wage types are used to settle the open balance of the FB choices.

Output

The overview of this report is categorized as follows:

The person-specific messages indicate per personnel number whether, and if applicable, why no overview of the settlement for this person is available.

The statistics display message texts with the number of selected persons, the number of processed persons and the number of rejected persons.

If you open the "Output List", you will get an overview that displays the total of the spent and deducted amounts and the resulting balance per personnel number, benefit area or program. If desired, you can also select a number of other organizational features and display them in this overview. You can do so by using the Change Layout (Ctrl-F8) button.

By double-clicking a line a detailed list with all chosen sources and goals and relevant amounts is displayed for the selected personnel number.
