RPLFSTJ2 - Fast Data Entry for Personnel Number Selection in Infotype 0890

Purpose

During the fast data entry, you use this report to collectively select proper employees, and then update employees allocation course in a specific sub-type of the Benefit Point System Management JP infotype (0890).

Integration

You can only use this report during HR Master Data Fast Entry. This report is only applicable for updating Infotype 0890.

Prerequisites

You have completed the following IMG activities in Customizing of Point Allocation:

• Define Allocation Groups

• Assign Allocation Group to SI Modifier

• Define Allocation Courses for Allocation Group

• Specify Allocation Target Plans

Features

Selection

You use the following fields to determine the required employees:

• Social insurance modifier

• Retirement benefit point

• Allocation course

You can select multiple retirement benefit points and multiple allocation courses.

Standard Variants

Output

This report selects the employees who match the selection criteria and passes information to the next screen.
