RPLGMBA0 - Master Program for Creating and Managing mBGM Notifications

Purpose

With this program, you can create and manage the monthly contribution basis notifications and their ELDA packages.

Integration

The framework program calls the program for creating personal mBGM notifications(RPCGMBA0) and performs the required editing process according to the selected parameter.

Prerequisites

You have completed payroll for the current payroll period.

Standard Variants

In the SAP standard system, the layout variant 01SAP is proposed as a predefined setting. With this variant, you ensure that each mBGM hierarchy node is displayed in a defined manner. For each hierarchy node, you can edit the layout and define an individual display variant.

Output

The list shows the monthly contribution basis notifications (TARGET or ACTUAL mBGM, depending on your selection) for each personnel number for the selected period.

When the results are displayed as a tree, a hierarchy tree is displayed in the left-hand window that usually contains a separate node with the mBGM notification for each personnel number. Each mBGM contains hierarchy nodes for the pay scale blocks, clearing basis, and clearing item. Double-clicking a hierarchy node in the left-hand window causes the corresponding details to be displayed in the right-hand window.

A special case exists when different personnel numbers have the same SI number. Under certain circumstances, the data for multiple personnel numbers is combined in this case (see Processing Multiple Personnel Numbers with the Same SI Number).

If applicable, general or person-specific messages are also displayed.

Activities

To call this program, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Payroll Austria -> Subsequent Activities -> Per Payroll Period -> Evaluation -> Social Insurance -> SI from 2019 -> Creation and Administration of mBGM Notifications.

To execute the overall process correctly, execute the following process steps in turn.

1) Create the monthly contribution basis notification

• Create Target mBGM (A-S)

• Create Actual mBGM (S-I)

• Create ELDA Packages (I-E)

2) Display the monthly contribution basis notifications created

Depending on the parameter selected beforehand, the program outputs a list of the monthly contribution basis notifications created for each personnel number for the selected period:

• TARGET mBGM

• ACTUAL mBGM

• MBGM (target and actual)
  

Display this list and check the results generated.

3) Confirm the status of the mBGM packages (ELDA data medium)

The status confirmation refers to the successful transfer of the mBGM packages to ELDA.

Enter a data medium number for an ELDA data medium on the selection screen using the input help and start the status confirmation.

All mBGM packages for this ELDA medium are displayed in a list. Select the mBGM packages in the list for which you want to convert the status and then choose Convert Status.
