RPLKPHA0 - Print Program for Sickness Certificates (AT)

Description

With this report you can print all sickness certificates that you have not yet printed. You can create the sickness certificates according to form and destination (according to the table Technical Control for Sickness Certificates (T5A5F)) as a layout and deposit them in the SPOOL.

Sickness certificates of the same quality are stored in the SPOOL-ID. You can print these sickness certificates from the SPOOL.

For performance reasons, the report runs over the default match code H. All employees for whom the sickness certificates have not been printed in a given quarter with this report or online in Sickness Certificates A infotype (0056) are stored in the match code H. After the employee has been processed successfully, the report deletes the name from the match code file.

Requirements

You must have already stored your company addresses in Customizing for Personnel Administration under Organizational Data -> Organizational Assignment -> Organizational Assignment Supplement Austria -> Employer Identification with the Administrations -> Employer Addresses.
