Description

This program runs payroll for the monthly reduced working hours for the unemployment insurance fund. Manually, you must ensure that there are no more than 18 payroll periods for reduced working hours within a two year period.

    Wage type /495 Rate
  • Working time/week:
Weekly hours from work schedule * capacity utilization level
    Table T508A-WOSTD * WPBP-EMPCT / 100
The calculation can be changed using the Business Add-In (BAdI) Override Reduced Working Hours Payroll (HRPAYCHKUAC0).
  • Planned time:
Cumulation wage type SSTD from T512E
  • Actual time:
Cumulation wage type ISTD from T512E, minus absences and lost hours

Requirements

T512E Cumulation wage types
Table T512E is used to create cumulation wage types, that is, "pools" to which wage types can be written positively or negatively. The following cumulation wage types are provided for the calculation of reduced working hours.

The following entries in personnel country grouping 02, form CKA0, can be regarded as examples for creating cumulation wage types. The wage types must be individually adjusted in line with the conditions of each calculation:

CG Form WTy Tk No Wndw Gr SGr TTy STy WType Rz
----------------------------------------------------
02 CKA0 /201 A 0 0 SSTD +
02 CKA0 /201 A 0 0 ISTD +

You can use the field Rz to determine whether the wage type is written to the cumulation wage type as a positive or negative amount.
