RPLLASS1 - LAS report on temporary employee becoming permanent

Purpose
This report generates a list of employees who are eligible for unlimited work contracts. The report generates this list based on the selection criteria that you maintain in the Work Contract Selection section.
Integration
Prerequisites
- Master data records must exist for the selected employees.
- Records must exist for the following infotypes:
- Organizational Assignments (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
- Basic Pay(0008)
- You must also enter the type of work contract in the Work Contract (ANSVH) field in Organizational Assignments (0001) infotype for the selected employees.
Features
Selection
- Work Contract - Specify one or more types of work contract for which you want to run the report. Based on the details that you maintain here, the report considers the employment days and generates a list of employees who are eligible for unlimited work contracts.
- Total years EE to be employed- Enter a value based on which the system determines the number of years of limited work contract that the employee had.
- Total Year to look back - Specify the number of years based on which the system determines the consecutive number of years that the employee was employed with the organization.
- Exclude employees older than - The report excludes employees who are older than the years of age you specify in this field.

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll-> Europe -> Sweden-> Subsequent Activities-> Period Independent -> Reporting -> LAS Report on Temporary Employees Becoming Permanent.
