Purpose

This report generates a list of employees who are eligible to be rehired, incase they were terminated due to lack of work. This report generates this list based on the eligibility crtieria maintained in the Work Contract Selection section.

Integration

Prerequisites

  • Master data records must exist for the selected employees.
  • Records must exist for the following infotypes:
  • Organizational Assignments (0001)

  • Personal Data (0002)

  • Basic Pay(0008)

  • You must also maintain Work Contract (ANSVH) field in Organizational Assignments (0001) infotype for the selected employees.

Features

Selection

  • Period-Specify the period for which you want to execute this report.
  • Selection-Enter the relevant selection criteria.
  • Work Contract Selection - Specify the work contract details for the specified employee(s). Based on the details that you maintain here, the report considers the employment days and generates a list of employees who are eligible to be rehired.
  • Total years to look back - Specify the number of years based on which the system determines the consecutive years for which the employee was with the organization.
  • Latest termination check month - Indicates the number of months that the system must consider while checking retrospectively from the date specified in Key Datefield. Based on this, the system determines when the employee was last terminated within the specified number of months.

Activities

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll-> Europe-> Sweden-> Subsequent Activities-> Period Independent -> Reporting-> LAS Report on Re-hiring Employees. The report selection screen appears. On this screen, enter the relevant selection critieria.
  2. Select Program-> Execute. The report output screen appears.
