RPLMLNJ0 - Status Update for Maternity Leave (Termination) Notification Form

Purpose
You use this report to update the status of an employee's Maternity Leave Notification or Maternity Leave Termination form in the system. For example, when Japan Pension Service and the health insurance union have notified the company of the notification result, you run the report to update the form status to Notified.
In addition, the report also enables you to print the two forms and submit them to Japan Pension Service and the health insurance union.
Integration
Prerequisites
You have filled out maternity leave information in the Maternity/Child Care/Nursing Leave (3140) infotype and generated the Maternity Leave Notification or Maternity Leave Termination forms from the infotype.
Features
The report enables you to move along the form processing workflow and update the status to the following:
- Created
The HR administrator has created the form.
- Submitted
The HR administrator has submitted the form to Japan Pension Service and the health insurance union.
- Notified
Japan Pension Service and the health insurance union have notified the company of the notification result.
To display the request forms, the report reads the master data of the selected employees from the following infotypes:
- Organizational Assignment (0001)
- Personal Data (0002)
- SI Basic Data JP (0140)
- Family JP (0148)
- Maternity/Child Care/Nursing Leave (3140)
Selection
Form Type
Select at least one type of form. The report retrieves form data based on the type you select.
Form Layout
Select the logical form layout for the relevant form type.
Standard Variants
Output
The system displays form records of the selected employees in an SAP List Viewer (ALV) list. From the list, you have the following options:
- Print a form
Choose one entry in the result and select the Print Adobe Form pushbutton.
- Update the form status with the following pushbuttons:
- Set Status to Created: Select this pushbutton to update a form without a status to Created
- Set Status to Submitted: Select this pushbutton to update the Created status to Submitted
- Set Status to Notified: Select this pushbutton to update the Submitted status of Notified
The system also tracks the errors or warnings that occur during report execution. To view the error or warning messages, choose the Display Message pushbutton.
Activities
To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Asia/Pacific -> Japan -> Subsequent Activities -> Period-independent -> Reporting -> Maternity, Child Care, and Nursing Leave -> Status Update for Maternity Leave (Termination) Notification Form.
