You can use the RPLMRUH0 report to create statements related to the working clothes records.

The report can be used to create the following lists:

  • Working clothes request list for a specific period.
  • Material value (for leaving).
  • Materials in use.
  • Advances not accounted.
  • Due detergents.

You have to select from the lists above on the selection screen of the report.

Lists can be requested in two different groupings:

  • Breakdown by persons with summary: the data of the employees selected that belong to a specific list is displayed in details and a summary list is generated from the data of the persons processed.
  • Summary only: the data of the employees processed is only displayed in a summarized list.

The Material value (for leaving) and Advances not accounted lists can only be generated in a breakdown by persons.

Material value (for leaving)

Defining the value of a specific material on a given day based on the price recorded or, in case of a material issue with accounting, on the accounting price from the beginning of the expiration span.

Long-term absences occurred up to the given date, that do not count in the expiration span, reduce the period between the beginning of the expiration span and the given date.

Procedure currently used:

  • If the remaining expiration span exceeds 50 percent on the given day, the value is the half of the accounting price.
  • If the remaining expiration span does not exceed 50 percent on the given day, the value is zero.

Accounting price

The report selects the accounting price from table MBEW based on the employee's company code or plant and the specified material number.

Fields to be entered on the selection screen

  • Data selection period start date: the date for which you would like to define the value of materials issued.
  • Personnel number

Grouping: By person (for a specific date).

Working clothes requests list for a specific period

The list contains the requests of a specific period. It can be used for a user-defined period; it also considers demands not satisfied (materials not issued) in a certain period retrospectively.

The basis of the request list is the minimum quantity defined for materials employees are eligible to in their job or as special dues. This quantity indicates the quantity that continuously has to be in the use of an employee from a certain material.

Fields to be entered on the selection screen

  • Beginning and end date of data selection period: time period.
  • Personnel number selection.

Grouping: By person or Summarized.

Advances not accounted

The list can be used for displaying advances issued but not accounted up to a certain date yet. All advance issues are listed where the date of advance issue is earlier than the date specified, but the date of the actual accounting has not been entered yet.

Fields to be entered on the selection screen

  • Beginning date of data selection period: finding advances not accounted to this date.
  • Personnel number.

Grouping: By person.

Materials in use

Displays materials used by an employee on a specific date. You can use it for finding materials that were issued to employees before the date specified but their expiration span has not ended or they have not been iscrapped yet.

Fields to be entered on the selection screen

  • Beginning date of data selection period: the date for which you would like to find the materials in use of an employee.
  • Personnel number.

Grouping: By person.

Due detergents

The quantity of detergents assigned to materials issued in a specific period.

By using the list, you can determine how much detergent has to be issued to an employee in a specific period for cleaning the materials issued.

  • Beginning and end date of data selection period: time period.
  • Personnel number selection.

Grouping: By person or Summarized.
