RPLPBSQ1_CE - Long Term Higher Duties Report

Purpose

Use this report to generate a list of the employees who are on long term Higher Duty (HDA) within a specified period. While generating the information, the report checks:

• For employees who are on HDA for more than 6 months. This also includes consecutive periods of six months that total over six months.

• That the employee continuously holds the same position, with no break in the service. A break in service is for a period of one complete day or more, during which the employee did not hold the HDA position.

Note

In a Concurrent Employment enabled system, the report generates the list based on the Person ID.
