Purpose

This report generates information on employee leave for the Australian Public Sector.

In a Concurrent Employment enabled system, you can select the report based on Person ID, Personnel Number and Payroll Area.

Selection

  • Selection Criteria
In a concurrent employment enabled system, you can select the report based on Person ID, Personnel Number and Payroll Area.
  • Quota Selection
In this section, you can specify the Absence quotas for which you want to generate the leave report.
  • Report Selections
You can generate the report for either Recreation Leave or for Long Service Leave. You also have the option of projecting the leave up to the selected Run Date.
