Purpose/

You can use this program to print forms 318.750 Register for Maternity Pay and 318.751 Supplementary Sheet for Registration for Maternity Pay. The program replaces the reports RPLRMCC0_CE and RPLRMCC0.

To validate the entitlement to maternity pay, the employer must certify the duration of the work relationship, the wage relevant for calculating the pay, and the wage paid during the period of daily allowance in these forms.

Form 318.750 is completed jointly by the person entitled to receive the benefit and the current or last employer. In the printed form, only fields in the part to be completed by the employer are filled (except for the name of the employee).

Form 318.751 is used if the employee has additional employers and it must be issued by the additional employers if requested by the employee.

Integration

Prerequisites

The relevant settings have been configured in Customizing for Payroll Switzerland under Statements -→ Register for Maternity Pay.

Features

A form is created for each record of the Maternity Pay (0977) infotype that fulfills the selection criteria.

By default, the data for the form is determined from the Maternity Pay infotype and from the data of Payroll Unit AHV/ALV (payroll number of the employer, details for contact person) that is valid on the key date or start date of the associated infotype record.

You can also add or overwrite data using a customer enhancement.

Special features when CE (Concurrent Employment) is used:

If CE master data with infotype sharing is activated for infotype 0977 and the person holds multiple Swiss contracts simultaneously on the key date, a copy of the shared record technically exists for each contract:

In this case, the system prints only one form per person and key date. If the contracts of such a person are assigned to different AHV/ALV payroll units on the start date of the infotype, the system selects any one of these payroll units, from which it determines the data (payroll number and contact person).

Selection

  • Additional Selection Options
In addition to the standard selection options, you can further restrict the persons or infotype records to be considered using the Payroll Unit AHV/ALV and Registration Processing Status parameters. The system then considers only those infotype records for which the payroll unit on the start date of the record and the processing status of the record fulfill the selection options you defined.
  • Language
If a form output language is defined in the infotype, the system prints the forms in this language. If no form output language is defined, the system uses the logon language of the user. If no official form is available for the language specified, the fallback language defined in the Default Configuration for Selecting the Logical Form (V_T5C40) view is used.
Independently of these settings, you can use the Override Output Language parameter to force the system to use a particular output language in exceptional cases. We recommend that you leave the Override Output Language parameter empty and allow the system to determine the language automatically.
  • Date of Issue
You can use the Date of Issue parameter to specify a date to be printed next to the field for the employer's signature on the form.
  • Optional Control List and Overriding the Form to Be Used
Usually, data is output as a form. The system uses the start date, output language, and form type from the relevant infotype record, as well as the Customizing settings in the Default Configuration for Selecting the Logical Form (V_T5C40) view to determine a suitable logical form automatically.
To print forms, it is generally sufficient to use the default settings for all parameters for the Output Medium.
For testing purposes, you can display the form data in the ABAP list viewer (ALV) using the Output Medium → Output As List parameter. In the list, you can display the master data by double-clicking the personnel number. By clicking the other fields of a line, you can display the corresponding form.

In exceptional cases, you can use the Output Medium → Form parameter to force the system to use
a particular logical form. To output the form based on the language and form type defined in the infotype in spite of this, the system adds the language code to the form name specified here (for example, 'HR_CH_RMC_04') and, where applicable, adds '_ADD' to the form name, if, according to the infotype, a supplementary sheet is to be printed (for example, 'HR_CH_RMC_04_FR_ADD').
If a logical form of this type exists, this is used. Otherwise, the form specified by the parameter is used.
We recommend that you do not use the parameter in production. However, the parameter can be useful for configuring Customizing and testing logical forms, especially in conjunction with the Output Generated Test Data parameter.
The Output Generated Test Data parameter ensures that, regardless of the PNPCE default selection parameters, one test form (or test entry in the list) is generated. You can therefore also check in systems without HR master data whether the forms exist and can be displayed correctly.

Standard Variants

Output

Data is output as a form or a list. The forms used for output depend on the Customizing settings and the corresponding record of the Maternity Pay (0977) infotype.
The infotype fields relevant for selecting forms are:

  • Start Date/Key Date
  • Form Language
  • Type of Form

If you run the program in the background, the user's print output settings are used.

Note

Alternatively, individual forms can be printed directly from HR master data maintenance of the Maternity Pay (0977) infotype.
