RPLRQTS0_CE - Request Tax Information from CSR

Purpose

You use this report to create a sequential data file with requested the tax for an employee. The file is to be sent to the Swedish Tax Agency (CSR).

Integration

Prerequisites

You have set up the address of the subject that delivers the data file in tableT536A in the following way:

ANART = /A, VARGU = 0001 => is used to create the record type CSR1
ANART = /T, VARGU = 0001 => is used to create the record type CSR2

The system retrieves the following information from table T536A:

SEQNU		Meaning
A		Name
B		Department
C		Address
D		Post code
E		City
G		Telephone
O		Organization number (for CSR1 only)

Features

Selection

• Test Data

Choose this option (set the parameter to X) if you want to create a file to send to the CSR.

• Display Output Data

Displays the content of the outgoing file.

Do not use this option for large data sets. It is intended for information only.

• Save TemSe

Data for the sequential file is saved to TemSe with the ID LRQTSC and can be retrieved on the SAP Easy Access menu by choosing Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Tools -> List TemSe Objects (transaction PC00_M99_UTSV ).

To access this report, on the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Sweden -> Public Sector -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Request Tax Information from CSR.
