Title

Process INL data medium records for the pension information procedure.

Purpose

This report imports the data delivered by the pension office from the TemSe file to the system, creates a batch input session to update the "Imputation to Pension Payments" infotype (0326), updates the status in the "Pension Information" infotype (0406), and logs the execution of the report and the delivered data.

Integration

Prerequisites

The data delivered by the pension office must first be placed in the TemSe file using report RPURZBD0 (Transfer Program for Pension Information).

Features

Selection

TemSe object: Name of TemSe object to be processed that contains the INL records

Source of data: Since the information types for the individual pension offices may differ slightly, the origin of the data must be specified here.

Update status IT Pension Info: If the field is active, the status in the "Pension Information" infotype (0406) is updated (for information types 1 to 5).

Create batch input session: When you make pension adjustments, you can use the BI session created to update the "Imputation to Pension Payments" infotype (0326). For additional options regarding the batch input session, choose "Batch input add. selection".

Create additional lists: You can use user exit EXIT_RPLRZAD0_000 to print any data you require from the notification records in a separate list. If you want the data to be available, you must select this option.

As of ERP 2004, the additional list is output by the standard report if it has been filled. Prior to ERP 2004, the additional list had to be output in the user exit. If you want to continue outputting the additional list in the user exit, you must delete the content after outputting it in the user exit, otherwise the output in the user exit must be removed.

Standard Variants

Output

Up to 5 lists are printed:

  1. Log of activities
  2. List of data contained in the batch input list
  3. List of data for manual comparison
  4. If applicable, list of incorrect data records with reason
  5. If applicable, additional list in accordance with user exit.
