RPLSIGJ0 - Summary List of SANTEI Form (Obsolete)

Purpose

This report outputs necessary summary data for the summary list of SANTEI form that is submitted to either pension office or health insurance association, along with SANTEI form in July. The data is taken from the employee's master data Infotype 0140.

Features

Selection

In the employee selection block, you can recognize the non-insured employees by using more options from 'Further selections'.

In the Selection Criteria group box, you can choose the following options.

·,,Target Year of SANTEI
the same target year as the SANTEI form

·,,SI Modifier of the Target Branch Office
Only the summary data for a single branch office can be generated in a single run.

·,,Insurance Type
There are 2 types of insurance to generate the summary data (Health Insurance / Employee's Pension).

Standard Variants

Output

The contents of the output are:

• Office information of the target branch office

• Summary data of insured employees as of July 1st

• Summary data of non-insured employees as of July 1st

Activities

Based on the output data of this program, you fill out the legal form for Soukatsu-hyo and submit it together with SANTEI form in July.
