Accessing the report

The program name is RPLSKFH3

Menu path:

Human Resources -> Payroll -> Subsequent Activities -> Annual -> Statistics -> September earnings profile

Report objectives

Generating statistics no. 1118 in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH), i.e. categorizing full-time employees to different earnings categories, broken down by white-collar and blue-collar employees, male and female, on the basis of their earning in September.

Setting standard parameters

The report must be run for a payroll period.

Entering report-specific parameters

  • "Mandatory wage types" - wage types used as the base of assignment of employees to earnings categories. The program reads these wage types from the specified period only. These include: core wages (/130), additional payments (/131), monthly recurring bonuses (/132).
  • Mandatory field.
  • "Other work earnings"- The wage types to be included in row 25 of the statistics have to be entered here.
  • "Wage types (1/3)" - Wage types from which one third of the actual year's amount will be considered in the calculation of the September wage volume.
  • "Wage types (1/6)" - Wage types from which one sixth of the actual year's amount will be considered in the calculation of the September wage volume.
  • "Wage types (1/9)" - Wage types from which one ninth of the actual year's amount will be considered in the calculation of the September wage volume.
  • "Wage types (1/12)" - Wage types from which one twelfth of the actual year's amount will be considered in the calculation of the September wage volume.
  • "County code" - The county for which the table should be displayed.
  • "Error list to come" - check-box. If the field is checked with an X, the list of employees who are not included in the statistics due to some kind of error appears at the end of the list. The list contains the personnel number of the employee and the reason of the error.
  • "Total (client or counties)" - check-box.

Report operation

The full-time employee profile is related to the last day of the month examined.

The following full-time employees are not included:

  • employees who did not obtain wage for a period longer than 3 days in the given month,
  • employees who joined the company in the actual year.

Earnings volume categorization is executed on the basis of the Mandatory wage types field, read from payroll results for the given month (e.g. September).

The total of the actual monthly earnings (core wage, additional payments, monthly recurring bonuses) characteristic of the year is supplemented by 1/3, 1/6, 1/9 or 1/12 of the wage types not recurring regularly, as specified on the selection screen.

Employees are classified on the basis of the total earnings obtained this way.

If an employee works both in a white-collar and a blue-collar job in the period examined, they will be reported for the category they spent more time in.
