RPLSOLJ1 - List of employees who lose the qualification of HI/EP for Age

Purpose

According to Japanese law, Employees at age 70 are not be eligible for employee's pension and employees at age 75 become ineligible for health insurance. In this case, before processing monthly payroll, you use this program to select employees become 70 or 75 at the specified month and output the list.

Subsequently, you need to maintain relevant master data for employees included in the list.

Employee's basic data is stored in Social Insurance Basic Data Infotype (0140), Health Insurance and EE's pension (subtype 1 and 2). With reference to the list, you should maintain relevant master data in this infotype afterwards and change the insurance status to 'Taisyougai' or 'EE over 70 age'.
