RPLSOLJ2 - List of employees exempt from employment insurance

Purpose

As to Japanese law, an employee at the age of 64 is exempted from Unemployment Insurance. Accordingly, you should run this report to output such list before monthly payroll in April each year.

Subsequently, you need to maintain relevant master data for employees included in the list.

Note:

Unemployment Insurance year commences from April 1and ends in March 31.

Activities

You store Unemployment Insurance relevant data in Social Insurance Basic Data Infotype (0140), EE' s insurance subtype (4).

With reference to the list, you should maintain Indicator for deduction in this infotype.
