RPLSO_GENERIC_ARCH_PRE - Destroy: Preprocessing Program for SAP Learning Solution (LSO)

Purpose

The preprocessing report (ran in production mode) fills the structure definition in transaction AOBJ for the selected Learning Solution (LSO) archiving object.

This preprocessing report (RPLSO_GENERIC_ARCH_PRE) is only ran once during the lifetime of the archiving object (unless a new table needs to be added or removed from structure definition - then it is run again).

Any archiving object can have the following programs:

• Write

• Delete

• Reload

• Preprocessing

• Postprocessing

This is the preprocessing report for the following LSO archiving objects:

• HRLSO_CRSE

• HRLSO_CURR

• HRLSO_ELRN

You run this report to fill the structure definition in transaction AOBJ with the relevant tables. To run the write report the structure definition must be maintained.

Integration

You must use the archive management transaction (SARA) to start this report.

SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management solution must be switched on as the archiving object uses retention management component in the SAP NetWeaver Information Lifecycle Management solution.

Selection

There is only one seletion option which allows you to to select one of the LSO archiving objects.

Standard Variants

Output

If the report is run in production mode, the structure is filled for the selected LSO archiving object.
